Showrooms are built by walking onto cash buttons. The order is Car Dealership 1, then 2, then 3, then the skyscraper (Dealership 4). A separate Motorcycle Dealership has its own 100 percent badge. You cannot open the skyscraper until the earlier car dealerships are purchased.
The five properties
| Property | What is documented |
|---|---|
| Car Dealership 1 | Starter showroom and the first 100 percent badge |
| Car Dealership 2 | A later showroom with higher component prices |
| Car Dealership 3 | Unlock recorded at 1,000,000 Cash. Full build estimated around 12 to 15 million Cash |
| Dealership 4 skyscraper | Multi-floor pad tower. Requires the earlier dealerships first |
| Motorcycle Dealership | Separate property with its own completion badge |
A progress snapshot reported about 3,065,345 Dealership 1 completions against about 162,927 Dealership 3 badges (about 0.3 percent). Those counts move. They only show that Dealership 3 is a much longer build.
Dealership 3 button prices that were recorded
These are gameplay notes for Dealership 3, not a full price list for Dealership 1.
| Piece | Recorded cash |
|---|---|
| Entrance roads and ramps | 3,300β3,400 |
| Foundation floor tile | 3,700 |
| Sliding glass doors | 4,100 |
| Upper-floor foundation section | 60,000 |
| High-end wall fixtures and plants | up to 100,000 each |
| Advanced car platforms | up to 100,000 each |
Interior desks, PCs, stools, and planters sit between those bands. Upper floors are where the total jumps into the millions.
Build order on a lot
- Pay the lot unlock. For Dealership 3 that recorded unlock is 1,000,000 Cash.
- Buy entrance roads, ramps, rails, and foundation tiles.
- Place pillars, glass, and the sliding doors.
- Buy the office and lounge pieces you need for the completion percentage.
- Step on each car-platform button, then its upgrade circle if you will park a car there.
- Climb the stairs and repeat for the mezzanine and upper deck. Floor 2's base platform was recorded at 60,000 Cash.
- Finish skylights, canopy framing, lights, and exterior rock landscaping. Those pieces are what push a lot from the mid-90s to 100 percent.
You can move on without maxing every platform upgrade. Maxed pads pay more. Unupgraded pads still count toward having a place to park a car. Footage of the skyscraper update shows a player buying Dealerships 2 and 3 without maxing their pads, then spending the budget on Dealership 4's pads because that building is the one they planned to use.
How to fund the next floor
Keep the best cars you own on pads while you drive or race. Codes and the free group bonus are the only zero-Robux accelerators that are documented. A full Dealership 3 is a multi-million project, so a single 140,000 Cash code does not finish it.
Badge names for 100 percent completion: Car Dealership 1, Car Dealership 2, Car Dealership 3, and Motorcycle Dealership. There is no separate skyscraper badge in the 20-badge catalog.
